Who I am

and how I can help you

My love for languages began early.

I grew up in Tenerife speaking English with my dad, Estonian with my mum and Spanish at school. Even as a child, I hated not knowing the meaning of a word – I even used to take a notebook around with me to jot down new words!

I studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada and then worked as an in-house translator and English teacher for a few years.

I went freelance in 2018. I started working on academic papers and soon found I also really enjoyed working with legal and financial documents. 

I met Ruth and Fernando from Traducción Jurídica when I did their specialised translation courses, and ended up joining their team in 2020. 

Since then, I’ve been combining my translation and editing work for different clients with the tutoring of translation students at the online translation school Academia de los Grandes Traductores.
